WHAT DEFINES YOU

Everything that is in existence has a name. This name defines the thing or object in question. The object identifies itself with its definition. But this definition should be a definition of Me and not I.

It is the Me that changes and not the I. It is only the Me that identifies itself with the definition of who and what I am. I encounter crises and worries when I identify my problems with the I and not the Me. I need to see my problem through the angle and point of view of Me and not I. When I sit to evaluate my life, I put the Me in front of I and start the dialogue. It has been a wonderful experience so far. I encourage you to try it. What defines you? Is it the I or the Me?
