My simple way of getting a good night rest involves 3 steps: Ist: Appreciating and thanking myself for all the good parts of the day. 2nd: Sincerely accepting all the mistakes committed during the course of my daily activities and forgiving myself for them all. 3rd: Drafting out strategies on how to avoid previous mistakes and assuring myself that today will be better than tomorrow. And then, I sleep like a child.
