Whether you believe it or not, the mind has the power and force to shape your life. It is an irresistible force that sometimes difficult to control. What you think is what you are. This is amazing, but many have forgotten and some have also failed to understand or believe this fact. IT IS TRUE, DON’T DOUBT IT.
Mind what you think, for your thoughts become your being. Learn to tame your mind as much as you can. it is not an easy task. Many have gone the extra mile to learn how to control the human mind. Many have made many sacrifices to put it under control. Many have died because of their inability to control their thoughts especially the negative ones. But the fact still remains that, it is possible to control what you think.
Don’t allow negative thoughts to rule your world. Always put positive thoughts in your mind. It is true that our experiences in life push us or make us have negative thoughts sometimes. But every negative thought has its own antidote. If I am worried that I have lost a member of my family, I should also remember that many have lost their entire family members in a car accident or plane crash, or in one tragedy or the other. If I am worried that I have no clothes, I should remember that many have them but they can’t use them due to their conditions. If you are worried that you have not enough shoes, remember that there are many outside there having no feet to wear shoes. I guess you are better than them. The list continues.
DON’T REMOVE NEGATIVE THOUGHTS WITH FORCE, THEY WILL DEFINITELY COME BACK. BUT REMOVE THEM WITH SMILE, SINCERE REASONS, AND GENTLENESS, REPLACING THEM WITH GOOD ONES. I PROMISE YOU, THE NEGATIVE THOUGHTS WILL HAVE NO PLACE IN YOUR MIND.
Your thoughts shape and direct all activities in your life. Master your thoughts and you will be in full and total control of your life and happiness. Negative thoughts have nothing good to offer you. Desist from negative thoughts and always fill your mind with positive thoughts. It is not an easy task. It is a difficult exercise that has to be done on daily basis.
